Khazar University Merit-Based Scholarship 2025
Khazar University provides a limited number of merit-based scholarships. The applicant does not need to apply for a scholarship – if eligible, Khazar University will notify the applicant in the Offer of Admission. If offered, the scholarship will be reviewed on the annual basis by an appointed academic panel at Khazar University and may be extended for the next year of study, provided that the student’s academic performance is considered up to its level.

Nationals of other countries can directly apply to the University from their home countries. In order to apply, applicants need to send the filled Application Form together with all the required documents to admissions@khazar.org.
NB: After you accept Khazar University’s Offer of Admission, by law, you must get registered as a student via portal.edu.az, a governmental system that keeps the record of international students to unify the paperwork across the whole country. The deadline for registering via https://portal.edu.az/ is 10 September 2025, and those students who miss this deadline will not be able to commence the study from the 2025 Autumn Semester.
