Singapore Government Scholarship 2026-2027 Fully Funded
The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026–2027 is a fully funded scholarship for international students pursuing PhD or EngD degrees in Singapore. This prestigious program is a collaboration among the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore Management University (SMU), and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) .

💰 Financial Benefits
The SINGA scholarship offers comprehensive financial support for up to four years:

Monthly stipend: SGD 2,700 (increased to SGD 3,200 after passing the Qualifying Examination)

One-time airfare grant: Up to SGD 1,500

One-time settling-in allowance: SGD 1,000
Estimated monthly living expenses in Singapore range from SGD 1,400 to SGD 2,000, covering food, accommodation, transport, and other personal expenses .
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a good undergraduate and/or master's degree

Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English

Provide strong academic references

Be international graduates with a passion for research (Note: Singaporeans, Singapore Permanent Residents, and international students who have studied in Singapore are not eligible)
