Singapore has finally announced the Singapore Government Scholarship 2026-2027 for International students to Study in Singaporean universities. This Scholarship is named" Singapore International Graduate Award (Singa) 2026-2027 program. This Singapore Government Scholarship 2025 is one of the fully funded scholarship programs for international students. This Singaporean Scholarship will cover all the expenses include OneTime Airfare during the study in Singapore. This Study Abroad Scholarship 2026-2027 program offers a fully funded opportunity to pursue Masters and Ph.D.

What are the benefits of the Singapore Government Scholarship?

Singapore Government Scholarships is one of the Highly Paid Fully Funded Singaporean Government Scholarships. It will cover the following expenses during the Study in Singapore at different Singaporean Universities.

    1.Full tuition fees for Masters & Doctoral Degree Students.

    2.Airfare - Grant about (Grant of up to S$1,500*)

  3.  Establishment allowance of S$1,000*

    4. Monthly Stipend / Living Expenses of S$2,700, will be offered that may be increased to S$3,200 after the passing of the Qualifying Examination

 Eligibility Criteria for 2026 Singapore Government Scholarship

To qualify for the SINGA scholarship 2026, ensure you meet the following requirements:

  1.     Be an international student.
  2.     Demonstrate strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  3.     Provide positive academic referee reports (see: How to Get a Scholarship Recommendation Letter)
  4.     No age restrictions apply.
  5.     A valid passport is mandatory for application (prepare a scanned copy for upload).

What Documents are required to apply for Singapore Government Scholarship?

Applicants need to first prepare all the required documents before applying. Students don't need to post/mail any application documents to SINGA International Office to apply, The process for this scholarship is only Online. The required documents list is given below:

Passport.

Photographs: A recent passport-size photo.

Transcripts and Degrees Reports: ALL transcripts need to be in English translation

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree Transcripts: If your degree is not still completed you can apply after getting a certificate from your home university, that your education will be complete in the required given period.
